How often do you bake?
We bake in small batches twice a week, to make sure every cookie is soft, gooey, and arrives perfectly fresh. Each cookie is made to order!
When will my order ship?
Postal orders
Shipped via Australia Post Express Post every Monday.
Orders placed before Wednesday 11:59 pm (AEDT) will be baked and dispatched the following Monday.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post express post and include a tracking number so you can follow your cookies all the way to your door.
Orders placed after Wednesday 11:59 pm roll over to the next week’s bake.
Local delivery
Available every Friday for select postcodes near Narre Warren (VIC). Orders must be placed by Wednesday 11:59 pm (AEDT) for Friday delivery. Orders after this cut-off roll into the following week.
How much
does shipping cost?
- Orders under $80: flat $17.95 via Express Post
- Orders $80 or more: FREE Express Post
- Local delivery: $10 flat rate

Can I pick up my order?
Due to council guidelines, we are unable to offer pickup. Local delivery is available as above.
How are the cookies packaged?
Large cookies are individually heat-sealed.
Mini packs come in stand-up pouches with a zip-lock seal.
We take every step to make sure your cookies arrive looking and tasting just as delicious as when they left our kitchen.
How long do the cookies last?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 14 days at room temperature in their sealed pouch or bag.
Each order comes with cookie care storage and re-heat instructions.
Do you cater for allergies?
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles all allergens (wheat, milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, seafood and sulphites). Whilst we take care, we can’t guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
Are all cookies the same?
Every cookie is handmade and unique, so colours, shapes and textures may vary slightly from website photos, but that’s a part of their attitude!
Do you sell wholesale or supply cafes?
Yes, we love working with cafes and local businesses!

Do you do catering or bulk orders?
We would love for our cookies to be a part of your special event! From engagements, wedding, birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, kids parties and lolly bags, corporate events, funerals and everything in between, we are more than happy to provide you with some of our delicious cookies. Reach out to us via our "Special Orders" page or email hello@infullflour.com.au to enquire for event catering or bulk orders.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes - during checkout, there’s an option to include a beautiful personalised gift note with your order.
Do you do markets or pop-ups?
This is something we’re currently looking into and may see you at a market or pop-up near you in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know of any updates.
Where does my donation go?
We proudly donate to a cause very near to our hearts with 10% of every sale going to Kidney Health Australia® to help support Australians living with kidney disease. Every cookie you buy makes a difference!
