Shipping Policy

 

At In Full Flour, we strive to give you the best cookie experience, as such we offer express shipping with Australia post on all orders for a flat fee of $17.95 (or free on orders over $80). This ensures the freshness of your cookies. All postal orders include tracking, so you can follow your cookies on their way to your door.

 

Cut-off Times

Orders placed by Wednesday 11:59pm (AEDT) will be baked and dispatched the following Monday, ensuring your cookies arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.


Orders placed after Wednesday 11:59pm will be baked and shipped the following week.

 

Local Delivery

We offer $10 flat-rate local delivery on our 4 packs, 6 packs, 12 packs, Mini 10 packs as well as custom and wholesale orders, on Fridays for select postcodes (see below) near Narre Warren (VIC). If your order is over $80 and qualifies for free shipping, you are welcome to select local delivery and this will also be free, meaning you’ll receive your order on Friday rather than earlier in the week if you opt for postage.


Orders must be placed by Wednesday 11:59 pm (AEDT) for that week’s Friday delivery. We are unable to provide set times for local delivery.

Delivery Policy

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location. If no safe spot is available, your order may be taken to a nearby collection point for you to pick up. If you have selected local delivery, please ensure there is a safe space for your order to be left.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, however we cannot take responsibility for your package if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address provided meets one of the following conditions:

  • The delivery address is attended at the time of delivery, or
  • If the address is unattended, you agree to take responsibility for the package if it is left in a secure location.

Delivery Time Frames

  • Express Post usually takes 1-3 business days within metro areas.
  • Regional deliveries may take a little longer, we always provide tracking so you know exactly when your cookies will arrive.
  • Please note during peak periods, these time frames may vary.

Please Note

  • We bake in small batches for maximum freshness, so orders are processed weekly.
  • While we can’t accept returns, we work with you if cookies are damaged or missing. Please email us at hello@infullflour.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, so we can work with you to rectify the issue.
