At In Full Flour, all cookies are freshly baked in small
batches with love and care. Because of the perishable nature of our products,
we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Orders where the recipient was not present to receive the delivery.
  • Where a safe place was not available for the package to be left.
  • Minor imperfections.
  • Shipping delays beyond our control.
  • Incorrect order details.

What This Means

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned,
or refunded. This helps us maintain consistent quality and freshness for every customer.

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your cookies arrive in
perfect condition, however there is a small chance that your cookies may arrive with minor imperfections. Please allow for slight imperfections as these don’t affect the deliciousness of your cookies. We do not offer replacements or refunds for imperfections.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalising your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if an incorrect address was provided, leading to a failed or delayed delivery.

Just like people, every cookie
has its own personality! While our photos show what to expect, our cookies are made and baked in small batches by hand, meaning no two cookies are the same. This means the size, shape and finishing touches may vary slightly from the images on our website. 

Reporting an Issue

While every effort is made to ensure your order is exactly right, if your order is significantly damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email to hello@infullflour.com.au. Please provide your order number and photos of the issues, so we can assist you promptly.
